Codesign

To successfully design and implement change it is critical to engage key stakeholders throughout the process. OSC has a range of tools to use to engage during the design and implementation processes including facilitated workshops. Inviting your customers and key stakeholders to design the solution, strategy or product will ensure better outcomes.

Strategy & Blueprint Design

Key to any business success is a plan for the next few years. A strategy does not have to be complex but does need to map out the business or project’s purpose and plan of action to achieve its goals. OSC applies codesign to engage external skills into the strategy conversation which allows for creativity and innovation. We ensure the strategy is easy to understand and implement by our clients.

A blueprint is a document that can be used by an organisation or project to implement change. It is designed from the customer’s perspective and provides details of the people, process and product requirements to deliver on the client experience.

Workshop Facilitation

Workshops are an extremely useful way for businesses and teams to identify problems to be solved, tasks to be accomplished or disputed issues to be resolved. OSC will design and facilitate workshops from one hour to multiple days, based on the outcomes being sought. Olivia is extremely experienced and has a reputation for leading complex discussions to agreed outcomes.

Customer Experience Management

Mapping the end-to-end customer experience allows an organisation to identify its touchpoints with the customer, refine these touchpoints and design a better customer experience. OSC will work with you and your customers to map the customer journey and identify touchpoints that can be improved.
